Vargas and his 116.2 IP is no longer rookie eligible and thus would not qualify for the top 10 list. I'm not sure he'd make the list of top 10 Mets under 25 either when Maine and Burgos round out the top 10. Johnson, who has 195 MLB AB is also not a rookie and not eligible for these prospect lists. I'd think he fits in somewhere in the bottom half of the top 10 if he were eligible though.
