I don't see Humber going up to AA this year. Remember he struggled at High A last year (Although that could be due to the injury) so I say let him continue to dominate High A and move to AA next year, see how he does in the first couple months and either make him a late season call up or compete for the rotation in 2008. Niese looks like he has the goods, recently he has displayed more command, but most minor leaguers are on pitch counts. So maybe he has to learn to pitch more aggressively to hitters. He probably runs into a lot of deep counts
